Standard break-out panels that are 60 minutes in length.
A maximum of three panelists is recommended.
We do not accept soloists for these sessions.
These panels will be scheduled for September 17 and 18.
Audience size can vary from 50 to over 200 attendees.
- We will acept about 35 of these proposals.
Presentations that include company case studies and a representative
from the studied company are encouraged.
- Interactive components such as audience discussion topics, polls, games, Q&A, etc. are encouraged.
Any one company can submit a maximum of two proposals for Power Sessions
and three proposals for traditional 60-minute panels.
REQUESTING INTERACTIVE PROPOSALS
New this year,
the NASPP is planning a track of traditional 60-minute sessions that will be highly interactive.
We are particularly interested in panels that include group activities,
small group discussions, games, and other audience participation components.

SUBMITTING A PROPOSAL
All proposals must be submitted via this website by
Friday, March 1, 2019.
We begin evaluating proposals as soon as the submission period
closes, so we cannot make any exceptions to this deadline, no matter how
dire the circumstances.
We encourage you to plan accordingly.
Key things to know about submitting a proposal:
- No more than two people from the same company can present on one panel.
- Proposals that include NASPP members receive preference.
Use this Speaking Proposal Questionnaire
to gather the required information needed to submit your proposal(s).

Exhibitors for this year's or last year's Conference are eligible for proposal assistance

in the NASPP's Proposal Assistance Program does not replace the need to formally submit your
proposals through the NASPP Proposal Submission Website. For more information on the Proposal
Assistance Program or for other questions related to the RFP process, please contact Bernice Toy at
